A Russian firm by the title of Aviar Motors has previewed a Tesla-based electromod Ford Mustang it is currently developing.
The invention is underpinned from the stage of a Tesla Model S and features rsquo & the automobile;s same pack and two electric motors. Called the Aviar R67, it is reportedly good for 840 hp, can accelerate to 100 km/h (62 mph) in only 2.2 seconds and achieve a top speed of 250 km/h (155 mph).
Placed on top of the Model S stage are lightweight composite body panels mimicking the design of a classic Ford Mustang. A plethora of parts bring the design to the modern day, including the fitment of headlights with carbon fiber side skirts, a carbon fiber front splitter, a carbon fiber front grille and circular running lamps.

On account of the car ’s Tesla underpinnings, some carryover components are observable in the inside, the most notable of which is the vertical infotainment system. Plenty of changes have been made into the cottage, but including the implementation of a brand new instrument cluster around air vents, and a steering wheel.
The Russian firm states the R67 is fantastic for 507 km (315 miles) of range on a single charge. Adding to the appeal of the vehicle is that, thanks to the Model S powertrain, it is compatible with Tesla superchargers.
Aviar hasn’t stated the car will charge, but you can bet that it won’t be economical.
