Audi has confirmed that it will air a 60-second commercial throughout the next quarter of Super Bowl LIII, scheduled for February 3.
The German automobile manufacturer’s ad spot will be centered on electrification and have several Audi e-tron models, most notably the e-tron SUV. The Audi e-tron GT Concept will also be showcased, although not being on sale. A teaser image previewing the commercial also appears to reveal either the Audi Elaine Concept and also the E-Tron Sportback Concept both of which were shown in 2017.
This year’s firm are the 10th Audi has made for the large game.
&ldquoWe’re returning into the biggest advertising stage to let America know that electric has gone Audi,” vice president of advertising for Audi of America, Loren Angelo said.
“Last fall, Audi introduced its initial all-electric manufacturing e-tron SUV accompanied with the e-tron GT notion debut at the LA Auto Show, signifying an aggressive push into electrification. The large game is an ideal platform to keep the momentum. ”
Companies seeking to air a 30-second commercial during the Super Bowl generally have to part ways with a little more than $5 million.
As you’re probably already aware, the Audi e-tron SUV is your firm ’s first all-electric automobile in its new range of Tesla-fighting models. The SUV will be followed by the manufacturing version of the e-tron Sportback at 2020 while the e-tron GT sedan will follow soon after. Audi plans on offering over 20 all-electric and plug-in hybrid models before 2025.
