Clubhouse was started a year as an iPhone-only program based by Rohan Seth and Paul Davison. In February, Clubhouse said its downloads almost doubled to 8.1 million, owing to the visual appeal of Tesla and SpaceX Founder Elon Musk.

However, data suggests that the amount of new users around the program have been now. According to SensorTower data, Clubhouse downloads have fell from 9.6 million in February 2021, 2.7 million in March 2021, to 900,000 downloads in April. The rivalry in the space has intensified also. Twitter’s Spaces is now the largest competition for Clubhouse.
