One of the defining characteristics of Tesla’s cars is their huge dashboard screens, and the company is adding a new game to those vast screens to keep you busy while you’re hanging around in the parking lot.

Based on CEO Elon Musk, the critically acclaimed 2017 indie title Cuphead will soon be linking the cars’ existing bank of arcade classics, including Asteroids and Missile Command.

IGN reports that the game will be available for the Tesla Model S, Model 3 and Model X in the next few months, but owners of the new Model Y will sadly miss out for the time being.

It should go without saying that Cuphead isn’t intended to be played while you’re driving, even with automation, and you’ll need a USB controller to enjoy it. The cars’ limited storage area means you will be limited to playing the game’s very first planet: Inkwell Isle One.

Willing driver one

Cuphead was among their most highly anticipated games on 2017, featuring stunning hand-drawn animations, an original jazz soundtrack, also classic side-scrolling design. Additionally, it is fiendishly difficult, so even though Tesla owners will simply be able to sample a single world, it needs to be more than sufficient to keep them busy from the parking lot.

The accession of Cuphead direct us to wonder what other names may find their way to Teslas in the near future. Perchance a racing sim, performed with the car’s own controls while it’s in park.
