Tesla CEO Elon Musk on Saturday sought help with his forthcoming "Saturday Night Live" hosting gig, requesting the public for sketch ideas.
"Throwing out some skit ideas for SNL. What should I do? " Musk said on Twitter.
NBC's announcement in late April which Musk could sponsor the May 8 episode of this long-running, late-night comedy show has turned out to be polarizing.
Some cast members shot to social media to express concern about emerging alongside the controversial billionaire, who founded SpaceX. A few posts were deleted after being picked up from the press. On Saturday, Page Six reported that throw members could select out of this episode.
Musk on Saturday provided some of their very own sketch ideas, with a focus on organization, cryptocurrency, and global intrigue.
His ideas contained "Woke James Bond" and "Irony Man. " The latter "defeats villians utilizing the ability of irony," he also wrote.
The entrepreneur also proposed "Baby Shark & Shark Tank merge to make Baby Shark Tank. "
The other Twitter user suggested "The Dogefather," perhaps a mashup of Dogecoin and "The Godfather. " "Definitely," Musk replied.
"SNL" courted controversy in 2015 by inviting presidential candidate Donald Trump to sponsor, which brought from the series 's highest ratings in many years .
The sketch comedy show has aired since 1975 on NBC. Comcast bought NBC Universal at 2011. Last year, it established its streaming support, Peacock. Its Q1 earnings report said Peacock had 42 million subscribers.
