Elon Musk is requesting Tesla workers to work their hardest to ensure the car manufacturer can split in the next quarter.

In an email sent to workers on Monday, Musk wrote, “Breaking even is appearing super tight. Truly makes a difference for each and every car you construct and deliver. Please go all out to ensure success! ”

Since CNBC notes, it’s uncertain if Musk is referring to ‘breaking ’ about the business ’s gain margin or another metric, for example production amounts versus market expectations. Tesla has been tipped to report its vehicle creation and delivery amounts this week before the 4th of July weekend.

Analysts expect the electric vehicle manufacturer to supply approximately 74,000 vehicles at the months from April to June, Reuters reports. Tesla is pushing for inclusion on the S&P 500 that demands a minimum of four consecutive quarters of profitability. The business now has three.

In case Tesla does report a gain for its quarter, then it’ll be taking into consideration the coronavirus pandemic made it to close down its main production facility in Fremont, California for at least six weeks. Since it attempts to make up for lost time, Tesla is creating the Model Y in a large ‘tent’ in its Fremont website called General Assembly 4. This tent has been previously instrumental in helping Tesla ramp-up creation of the Model 3.

Tesla amazed many with its first-quarter results, verifying it delivered a total of 88,400 automobiles in January through March.
