Elon Musk says Tesla will proceed its Californian headquarters to Texas and Nevada as the billionaire becomes dissatisfied with lockdown steps in California.
Considering Twitter over the weekend, Musk said Tesla could file a lawsuit against Alameda County at which its Fremont headquarters and factory are located on account of their refusal to permit the Tesla factory to reopen final Friday due to the continuing lockdown steps.

In a followup tweet, Musk stated this was the final straw and that the electric automaker is performed by California, BBC reports.
“Franklythis will be the final straw. Tesla will move its HQ and future programs to Texas/Nevada instantly. If we retain Fremont manufacturing action in any respect, it will be dependen [sic] about Tesla is handled in the future. Tesla is your last carmaker abandoned in CA,” he composed.
All but basic surgeries in Tesla’s Fremont plant near San Francisco are frozen since March 23 due to ‘refuge set up ’ dictates commissioned by Alameda County. This factory employs more than 10,000 employees and makes about 415,000 cars.

California’some restrictions eased last week but the orders issued by Alameda County take precedence, thus why Tesla’s factory has been unable to resume normal operations. Tesla was planning to permit a fraction of its factory employees to go back to work by Friday but was warned by the Alameda County Health Department that such a transfer could be violating the county’so rules.
