Even the legal drama surrounding Tesla CEO Elon Musk carries on, as a district court judge has ordered him to stand trial because of his opinions concerning cave championships Vernon Unsworth.
In accordance with CNBC, Judge Stephen Wilson refused Musk’s attempt to get the case thrown out. This isn’t too surprising given that the disagreements weren’t quite persuasive, using Musk’s team attempting to brand opinions for example “pedo guy” & &; ldquo;child rapist” as insults in order that they couldn’t be considered defamatory.

Getting back into the current situation, Judge Wilson ordered Musk to stand trial on December 3rd. It’ll be a jury trial along with Musk’so attorney told CNBC theyrsquo;re.
