Elon Musk’s Boring Company to begin drilling Las Vegas tunnel later this month

Elon Musk’s Boring Company will formally begin drilling for its underground tunnel in Las Vegas later this season, according to the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA). The tunnel will enable the Las Vegas Convention Center’s traffic the opportunity to travel quickly from place to place.

The TBM is now with all the machine expected to be launched initiating the initial drilling stages of the two tunnels. The transportation system is expected to transfer people between three stations in less than 1 minute, which makes traveling in the LVCC area much more convenient and easier.

Progress of this project has ramped over the last couple of months. In September, Boring Co.. Considering that the overwhelming support of the business from his supporters, Boring Co. has branched out to other locations, like the Las Vegas’ project, a pre-approved Baltimore-Washington hyperloop, along with a Chicago tunnel whose contract remains under negotiation.
