The newly-appointed chief executive of Jaguar Land Rover has addressed that the company’s quality issues and revealed that the degree to which they have impacted its sales.
During a current investor’s phone, Thierry Bollore said that the firm has created “striking improvements” on reliability. He failed, however, admit “that the dissatisfaction of our customers was very detrimental to our normal volume,” adding that “the missed chances are enormous. The British company’s vehicles have long been seen as unreliable and raft with quality issues when compared with rivals. At a current J.D. Bollore promised investors who Jaguar Land Rover has created quality enhancements since he took the helm, saying that deterrent issues among owners are now at a “record low” with 2021 model year vehicles.
