Hello (BLANK),

Thanks for the e-mail and footage of this next Model 3 demonstrator ‘examine ’.

When my car was Tesla Bristol both the self and (BLANK) acknowledged there was a issue and it would be rectified.

That was until the next windscreen has been replaced. Following the next display (the person with all the suction marks around it) and (BLANKS) ‘examine ’ over the weekend “it’s now called a feature of the vehicle ”. But only the white ones I might add. The grim loan auto did not have some’characteristic’ whatsoever, we’ve got the footage of this. Something which cannot be denied.

During our discussions on the telephone, you mentioned you’re trying to ‘repeat ’ the issue so that you can find a solution. No solution has been cited in yesterdays mobile call. Just the brand new ‘characteristic’ from the Model 3.

While hunting TESLA, TESLA guide and TESLA forum, I can’t see any information anywhere from the business relating to this brand new ‘characteristic’.

I would assume this information would be made public? Surely if a permanent smear/distortion was part of the accessory pack for your Model 3 would be required to disclose it? It’d be even more important if the owners had to wear eyeglasses or were long-sighted or short-sighted? I have normal vision and it is far from apparent.

About the footage, and also thank you for sending it, your own & lsquo;check TESLA ‘has only been presented with a single clip and wasn’t at the rain, but using all the windscreen washer. THAT IS NOT A TEST nor indeed is it at all like the difficulties that mine is having. When (BLANK) mentioned Friday about the findings being in on Monday I presumed it would be over just one clip. I realise you cannot summon rain when desired but the videos I have provided were in actual rain. In actual driving problems. No washer liquid. And even if you compared your clip to mine – they are day and night. See attached footage in other e-mails. What I’m undergoing isn’t a mere smear as in the movie you supplied for the demonstrator. It’s an extreme distortion. And covers far more of the display than (BLANKS) test and doesn’t vanish. TESLA and TESLA Toolbox are well conscious of it but are actually saying ‘characteristic of the vehicle ’when earlier it had been an acknowledged issue. Assess the footage of the loan to the ones of my vehicle or even (BLANKS) test. They seem really different in the severity of visibility. Again, see video. Had I known or been advised the White Model 3 Teslas have this ‘characteristic’ I might have opted for the blue or gray, or black.

This brand new finding of their ‘characteristic’ may only have come from someone else (Edit – this was confirmed in person by Tesla Bristol). Someone ABOVE. Was (BLANK) a portion of the manufacturing process of the TESLA model 3? Unless the above is correct, I would assume he wouldn’t have jurisdiction to suddenly call a thing a ‘characteristic of the vehicle ’ which impacts a persons vision whilst driving? He would need to have already been given that ability from ‘over ’. I’ve been attempting to talk to that person ‘over ’ and being advised they don’t exist (Apparently TESLA doesn’t have a primary UK Head Quarters, Just a motto, and nobody over the current manager at every division ). I am very happy to talk to a person’above’ Bristol and welcome the chance. However, you need to give me that chance. Because surely I deserve that much. All of us have people we’re accountable too, such as (BLANK). All I am asking is that someone senior calls me to explain what is going on with my vehicle and what can be done.

I am aware and understand you’ve replaced the glass but doesn’t One TESLA of the problem since the problem continues.

During our very first communications back in AugustI clarified ‘Halfords’ watched the issue immediately with the skipping of the upper region of the blade. This might explain the passenger side and the lower half of the display stay clear.

Please also realize you have a care of duty to your customers. Replacing the windscreen is not care of responsibility if the fault/issue/characteristic (on white automobiles only) remains.

The fact that TESLA are actually saying ‘sorry, nothing we can do’ is quite frankly appalling if they know full well my issue is a legitimate one.

I do not expect a vehicle costing $$$$ or for that thing one which price £5k to possess a’characteristic’ to trigger such a high amount of visionary stimulation.
(BLANK) you’ve always been very nice and I am attempting to do is find a solution to the problem. Since this is an issue. I really need a person to contact me with some authority who will truly explain all the aforementioned.
