A report by the Harris County Fire Marshal’s Office has supplied several new facts regarding the high-profile, deadly Tesla Model S wreck that happened earlier this month at Texas. The incident, which triggered a wave of incorrect reports indicating the ill-fated vehicle was “driverless,” has rekindled discussions about Tesla’s answer to misinformation as well as the hazards of irresponsible driving.
