Tesla CEO Elon Musk has recently filed a lawsuit against Alameda County, Californiaand after the neighborhood public health division blocked him from resuming business at the company’s production plant in Fremont this past Friday.
The lawsuit claims that Alameda County, in which Tesla’s headquarters have been based, empowered itself to shut companies, under the threat of penalties or prison time, that supply critical infrastructure after deeming them essential, as shown by a backup posted by Third Row Tesla onto Twitter.
The suit also notes that Tesla’s centers at neighboring San Joaquin County haven’t been subject to the exact restrictions, despite the two parties having “substantially comparable ” coronavirus death rates and disease rates.
Following the Twitter account posted a copy of the litigation, Musk replied: “I’m not messing around. Absurd & medically ridiculous behavior in violation of constitutional civil liberties, moreover by *unelected* county officials with no responsibility, should stop. ”

Lily Mei, ” the mayor of Fremont, California, came out in support of Tesla restarting company provided that they had been dedicated to locating a “thoughtful, balanced approach. ”
Even the mayor’s announcement comes after Musk blasted Alameda County and declared that his company will move its headquarters along with unspecified programs from California. The Tesla CEO also said he’d think about moving the manufacturing process from Fremont depending on ldquo;how Tesla is treated in the future. ”
Dr. Erica Pan, the interim public health office for Alameda County, said through an internet town hall on Friday that Tesla didn’t have “both the green mild ” to resume operations, according to CNBC.
Early Saturday morning, after Musk tweeted his aims to move the business, the Tesla CEO referred to a “dumb ” unnamed “Interim Health Officer” that was acting against “plain common sense. ”
Tesla is also filing a lawsuit against Alameda County . The unelected & ignorant “Interim Health Officer” of Alameda is acting against the Governor, the President, our Constitutional freedoms & just plain common sense!

This is the last straw. Tesla will move its HQ and potential apps to Texas/Nevada immediately. If we retain Fremont manufacturing action it is going to be dependen about how Tesla is treated in the future. Tesla is your carmaker abandoned in CA.
