Please help me, I think I’m going insane and I have no idea what to do.

I began reading tons of bullshit on the internet about there not being free will.

I started making a connection with neuroscience to my behaviorism and began to see that a lot of what I do is driven by autopilot.

I began to question very deeply whether or not I was the actual creator of my thoughts and feelings and actions. I began to realize that I function on autopilot consistently and it’s freaky as shit. I began to wonder if I even control anything at all and I’m just automaton.

I discovered numerous different intellectual geniuses throughout the centuries that have said in the past that free will doesn’t exist and human beings are concious automatons who are governed by external forces beyond their control. (Stephen hawking, Fredrich nietzsche, Spinoza, Albert Einstein, nikolah Tesla, ect.)

I remembered I read about the simulation hypothesis years ago from Elon musk.

I made a connection between the two, that there was no free will, I have no control and I am in a simulation being controlled by something that isn’t me whatsoever.

I realized at some point that was complete bullshit and I kind of regained a sense of reality.

But now whenever I close my eyes to go to sleep… I begin having very strange long complex trains of thought I have no control over. And while these thoughts play out and all I do is hear them talk in elaborate detail about how I’m on to something about life and there is a god but he is actually evil and we are all being fooled by him.

While these thoughts play out, very disturbing nonsensical imagery is forming in front of my closed eyes, and they seem graphic, realistic, hyper realistic, and horrifying.

I think I’m going insane.
