A SpaceX facility can be built around Tesla Gigafactory Texas. Hints who SpaceX was searching for a dedicated factory in Austin emerged last month once the company posted a Starlink-related job based in the region.
A few sources told that the Austin Business Journal that a potential SpaceX facility could be built opposite Giga Texas. However, permits and other official records for a SpaceX factory in eastern Travis County have not been registered with the city yet.

Back in March, SpaceX submitted a job to get an Automation & Controls Engineer, operating to create Starlink a mass-market product. The job record has been removed, but an excerpt of this article mentioned the following:
“To keep up with international demand, SpaceX is breaking ground on a new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Austin, TX. The Automation & Controls Engineer can play a key role as we strive to manufacture countless consumer facing apparatus that we send directly to clients (Starlink dishes, and Wi-Fi routers, mounting hardware, etc.. )
“Specifically, they will design and create control systems and applications for generation machinery — finally handling the most difficult mechanical, applications, and electrical challenges which include high volume manufacturing, all while keeping a focus on reliability, flexibility, maintainability, and ease of use. ”

Elon Musk’other businesses, including The Boring Company and also NeuraLink, have also found places in Texas, too–although none are as near as the potential SpaceX Starlink centre. In Addition, Elon Musk relocated to the Lone Star State, Together with the Musk Foundation.
Musk noted in an interview that he was already spending a great deal of time in Texas between visits to Tesla’s new Gigafactory and SpaceX’s examining centre in Boca Chica. So it isn’t overly surprising to learn that his other businesses have discovered places in Texas as well.
