Month together with my wife, Dr. Lisa Lewis, to present our popular
Strong Body-Strong Mind Workshop.

In this workshop we now ’ll unpack both bodily and
Psychological methods that will not only make you a better
trainer/coach, but also provide you with some abilities that
will help you separate you from the masses and grow your small company.

Actionable, real-word content that fitness professionals can use to
build better relationships (and outcomes ) with their clientele and
athletes.

“mentality ace ” around Instagram that see just a chapter of a book
