A photograph of a Tesla Model Y using a person standing beside it is the very best look yet at how the crossover piles up in height, and also all-around dimensions when compared to Model 3 sedan along with Model X SUV.
Jason Yu snapped a photograph of himself standing next to some Deep Blue Metallic Model Y He spotted in the Westlake Center in Daly City, California. Tesla has not published the dimensions for its Model Y, just noting it is approximately 10% larger than the Model 3. However, a recent sighting showed that Model Y includes a height of 62.5 inches (158.8 cm). In contrast, Tesla Model 3 includes a height of 57 inches (144.8 cm) and looks notably smaller when compared against Yu’s prestige.
Yu notes he stood 1 inch apart from the car and wearing shoes that are equal in the cases of the photograph.

While Yu appears significantly taller than the height of their Model 3, another selfie taken using a Model X tells a different story.
Tesla’s flagship Model X is the company’s biggest vehicle to date which ’s in production. Standing at 66.3 inches in height (168.4 cm), Model X isn’t considerably taller than the Model Y using 20″ electrical wheels which was captured by Yu. This doesn’t appear as much of a surprise, considering the two Model X and Model Y are available in a 7-seat configuration with three rows of seating. In the two vehicles, the next row of seats could be folded down to create an expansive trunk space. A recent sighting of a Model Y shows a fairly big rear cargo space.

Tesla is place to start Model Y deliveries to clients as soon as March 15. Available in both a Long Range configuration which ’s capable of 315 miles per charge plus a Performance version, Tesla’s crossover is predicted to be the company’s biggest seller to date, besting Model 3 in popularity.
