Tesla is bleeding executives and it could create problems for the company, experts say (TSLA)

Tesla is popularly famous for its high rate of turnover among executive and senior-level employees.
As Tesla expands its product lineup and presence in overseas markets, it is going to develop into a more complex business to operate and need a more stable management team, Maryann Keller, the leader in the automotive consulting company Maryann Keller & Associates, told Business Insider.
The degree of money Tesla has experienced in its senior positions is unusual in the auto business and may make recruitment more difficult, Keller explained.
Tesla didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.

The Wall Street Journal reported Wednesday that Dane Butswinkas, Tesla’s general counsel, could depart the automaker two weeks after connecting it, the most current in a lengthy series of executive departures.
