In Tesla&rsquoend, the tax exemption is a huge boost because of its electric automobile, which is set for a head-to-head collision using local EV offers and electric and electrified automobiles from giants like BMW and Daimler.

The buy tax exemption for made-in-china Model 3s reported from Bloomberg today does not come as a surprise, because a similar concession has been attained in August if a 10 percent buy tax exemption was granted to 16 variants of Tesla Model S, X, and 3 which are offered in the country.

There were brief reports in mid-December that the U.S. carmaker will lower the prices of locally-made Model 3 components by 20 per cent and while that was immediately neutralized by Tesla China, speculations remain that it may eventually slash the electric sedan’s price to produce the car more attractive to the mass market. Before the deliveries of this Model 3 from the country, the initial Tesla V3 Supercharger went online. Lately, the business also posted job listings to beef up its Gigafactory 3 workforce as it ramps up Model 3 production.

Tesla is closing the year strong with these developments in China, as well as positive news coming out of Germany where it is currently hoping to place the first brick of its own Gigafactory 4 in Brandenburg.
