Photos from the Tesla community have shown a Model Y crossover has made its approach into the Kennedy Space Center at FL, a website that is of importance to Elon Musk’s personal space company, SpaceX. The car in question appears to be an all-black release candidate, similar to this one seen in Ohio along with the region near Tesla’s headquarters in Palo Alto, CA.
Quite interestingly, the Model Y release candidate seemed to have been accompanied with a grim Model S that was being transported onto a truck. A Midnight Silver Model 3 that appeared to be part of this band was sighted in exactly the area as the flagship sedan and upcoming crossover.

Even the Model Y sighting the manner in FL bodes well for the vehicle, considering the place is almost on the opposing side of the country from Tesla’s facilities in CA, in which the release candidate has been likely constructed. It remains to be seen when the Model Y seen at KSC is the exact same vehicle that has been sighted in Columbus, OH and Palo Alto, CA, but either way, the crossover’s presence in FL does affirm that Tesla is running long-range evaluations on the approaching all-electric SUV.
Kennedy Space Center has been now a key place for Elon Musk’s personal space enterprise, SpaceX. The website is where the maiden flight of the Falcon Heavy premiered, which caught the entire globe ’s imagination with its quirky Tesla Roadster payload. Recent reports from the region also suggest that work has been underway at Kennedy Space Center into build a launching bracket for Starship, SpaceX’s largest and toughest reusable vehicle nonetheless.

The past couple of weeks are tasked with sightings of this Tesla Model Y. All over the United States, from the highways of CA into the rural roads of MI, release candidates of the upcoming crossover have been sighted. Some Model Y units even sported unique gear, including the Model 3’so called elusive “Wind Turbine” wheels and also an elaborate calibration system that appeared designed to tune the vehicle for Tesla’s driver-assist solutions.
The Tesla Model Y is currently now Tesla’s ambitious vehicle with the crossover among the auto industry’s lucrative segments now. Tesla executives have high expectations for the Model Y, with CEO Elon Musk noting that the vehicle will sell over the Model S, Model X, and Model 3.
