Tesla is again currently hiking the cost of what was a standard option in their automobiles: the black. CEO Elon Musk tweeted on Wednesday the organization is currently going to be charging $ for anyone that would prefer the luxury of getting their vehicle in the colour black, successful.

In a subsequent tweet, Musk mentioned that the conventional, free colour is now going to become a”simple white”. We can’t help but wonder if that also happens to be the same”simple white” the vehicle’s components are colored upon arriving at Fremont for production, in their OEMs, to begin with.
As of this moment, Tesla’s website has not updated the shift, and also shows that cherry silver, deep blue, pearl white and red multi jacket are still paint colour add-ons which range from $1000-$2000.
It almost feels as though Tesla is attempting to tweak every choice that is possible to earn through the door as much money prior to the close of the quarter. Now, why might that be?
At this rate, pretty soon, a steering wheel and tires are also add on options.
