The Xpeng P7 Can Put On A Pretty Cool Light Show

Tesla has won over fans with intriguing lighting screens and ‘rsquo & dances; that its versions can do. As it turns out, one of Tesla’s brand new competitions out of China, Xpeng, has generated an enthusiastic mild mode for its new P7 sedan.

While lately testing out an Xpeng P7 prototype, YouTuber Bjorn Nyland enabled the light display mode set to Piano Concerto by Norwegian composer Edvard Grieg.

The display lasts for just over 1 minute and makes use of the P7’s pub at the front end. It is set with the music in time and at the start, even replicates the strokes on a keyboard by lighting up LEDs inside the bar. Since the music begins to heat-up, the Xpeng’s turn signals and headlight units join in placing on a cool display.

Of course, the Xpeng P7 is about far more than only a cool lighting selection.

Powering the EV is a 80.9 kWh battery package. Sitting at the bottom of the scope is really an rear-wheel drive model that has 353 kilometers (568 kilometers ) of variety from the New European Driving Cycle (NEDC). A long-range rear-wheel drive variant can also be offered with 439 kilometers (706 kilometers ) of scope. Should customers want the ultimate in functionality, they can opt to get an all-wheel drive version that’ll hit 62 mph (100 km/h) in a quick 4.3 seconds. Unfortunately, no range particulars have been offered up with this model.
