It s been the tumultuous year from the technology industry, most especially for businesses like Facebook. Google, Tesla and Salesforce. And, dependent on Glassdoor’s most recent standing of the greatest firms to utilize — along with employee protests and walkouts — it’s ’so clear that employees will be paying attention.
Unsurprisingly, Facebook is no longer rated as the large company to work for in the United States. After scandal later Scandal, employee sentiment at Facebook diminished in the average 4.6 evaluation in Q1 2018 into 4.3 in Q4. Though, it still ranks seventh among businesses that employ 1,000 people or more in the U.S.
Meanwhile, the Salesforce’s rating has fallen by 4.5 to 4.4, however it’s ranking has increased from 15th greatest total last year to 11th greatest this year. It’s worth noting that no tech company achieved greater than a 4.5 complete score. This past year, however, the top tech firms (Facebook, Google and HubSpot) arrived at 4.6. TL;DR Employees are generally less satisfied with firms this year compared to the last year.
