Things To Do In Denver When You’re Drunk: Let A 15-Foot Snake Slither Out Of Your Car

It’s not every day that firefighters have to take care of snakes, never mind 15-foot ones, but that’s precisely what happened in Denver, Colorado.

Before this past week , the Denver Fire Department came along with a parked car and observed something, um, unusual; such as a enormous snake slithering its way out of this motorist ’s window and onto the vehicle ’s roof.

According to a tweet against the fire department, the owner of the snake had been passed out drunk in the car and abandoned his window cracked . Perhaps sensing a way to escape to the wild, the snake shot its chance to make a break for it.

“More animal adventures this weekend to the DFD, this time that the reptile type. Engine #29 discovered a celebration passed out of his vehicle, while his 15ft. Snake was crawling out of the motorist ’s side window on to the roof! Don’t beverage & driveway with your pet snake in the car! That the Twitter article reads.

What’s particularly fascinating about this story is that not only was that the owner happy to share a vehicle with a snake which might have readily murdered him in his bed, but had his pet along for the ride.

Sleeping anywhere near a snake doesn’t seem particularly fun for us but, hey, maybe we’re just much less adventuresome (…) because this man. Very Excellent thing the reptile behaved itself and just needed to break free, however …
