The driver of a Tesla in the United States asserts the car’s collision avoidance system preserved him for a dangerous accident.

This dashcam movie was posted on YouTube and immediately shared on networking. No reference is made about whether the near-miss demanded a Model 3, a Model S, or even a Model X.

Regardless of the specific Tesla model, the dashcam video indicates the EV driving on a four-lane street and sitting in the right lane. Since the driver approaches an intersection, a pickup truck begins to make a hands on turn. Out of nowhere, a silver sedan appears from before the pickup and ends into the left, right into the path of this Tesla – which, mercifully, brakes instantly aggressively swerves to the left, and so avoiding crashing into the sedan.

The uploader of this movie, and proprietor of this Tesla, claims his wife had been driving along with the near-miss happened at 55 miles (88 km/h). Does the EV appear to be forcing slower but rsquo we &;re skeptical it was the car’s collision avoidance system that swerved sharply to the leftside.
