The Russo brothers’ fourth MCU name is playing in theatres across the known universe as we speak, breaking countless box office records and raking in favorable reviews — here’s our spoiler-free take on Avengers: Endgame. As in previous films, including the last two Captain America movies (The Winter Soldier and Civil War), along with Avengers: Infinity War, Endgame will even provide loads of controversial choices.
I’ve already discussed what I think is your most controversial thing about Endgame, but that’s just one of many. There are loads of other character options the Russos made together with Kevin Feige and the writers behind these four films that fans might not like. In what follows, I’m going to tell you why Thor’s arc makes great sense in Endgame, regardless of what your initial reaction might be. Before I explain, remember that spoilers will follow below, and the film should be watched by you .
