Flux Pavilion sets release date for sophomore LP ‘.wav’Flu Pavilion Bass Canyon 2019 Rukes

After releasing his debut studio album, Tesla, in 2015, Flux Pavilion has announced the release of his sophomore LP .wav. The 16-track project will officially land on January 21, 2021.

Considered a pioneer in the dubstep genre and one of the most influential figures in electronic music thanks in part to iconic numbers like “Bass Cannon,” “Superbad,” “Daydreamer,” and “I Can’t Stop,” the UK producer is expected to present a different side of himself on .wav. This supposition is supported by Pavilion’s continuous experimentation with a more introspective brand of his dreamy melodic bass sound of late. These efforts have led Pavilion to work with a number of up-and-coming vocalists such as Turin BurkesEli-Rose Sanford, Kata Kozma, and Drowsy.

Although no official .wav tracklist has been revealed just yet, it’s possble that recently Flux Pavilion singles like “You & I” and “Sink Your Teeth In” will land on the new LP. Preview the short album clip below and pre-order here.
