General Motors president Mark Reuss composed a missive on CNN’s website branded, “Electric Cars Won’t Go Mainstream Until We Fix These Problems. ” This title conveys three matters:
Electric vehicles have large problems
They’re not acceptable for its “mainstream,” aka many people, and
GM will fix (future tense) those problems, and normal individuals should just stand by before GM says so.
