What Does Lewis Hamilton Think Of The New Mercedes-Benz S-Class?

Mercedes-Benz has pulled out the big guns to foster the latest-generation S-Class and has recruited seven-time Formula 1 world championship Lewis Hamilton and Nvidia co-founder Jensen Huang.

The first half of this clip is introduced by Hamilton, who seems suitably impressed by the latest-generation S-Class. Obviously, this ’s no surprise as Mercedes pays him more than $50 million a year to race in F1, so that he ’therefore not going to critique the vehicle, is he?

During the clip, the seven-times F1 champion showcases the executive saloon’s autonomous parking skills, similar to Tesla’s Summon characteristic. He also talks about the Dynamic Select Feature along with its ability to predict what’so ahead on the road.

In terms of Huang, he mainly focuses on the technology utilized inside the vehicle. As the co-founder of Nvidia and using a net worth of more than 11 billion, the Taiwanese-American billionaire certainly knows his material. The newest S-Class contains three powerful Nvidia GPUs and Huang loves the high-definition graphics of the car ’s device cluster and central infotainment system.

U.S. pricing for the newest S-Class has yet to be announced, but in Germany, prices begin at €93,438 ($112,883) for the entry S350d short-wheelbase model which has a 2.9-liter diesel with 282 hp and 443 lb-ft (600 Nm) of torque.
